Fees:
ACC approved injury treatment:
$20 for initial consult of 45 minutes
$15 for follow up consults of 30 minutes
Non ACC treatment:
$50 for initial consult of 45 minutes
$40 for follow up consults of 30 minutes
Payment is by cash, cheque or bank deposit only
